Here are the fundamental rules and concepts.

Sekarang pukul berapa?(What time is it now?)

Jam tangan saya sudah berhenti.(My watch has stopped.)

Jam tangan saya cepat lima minit.(My watch is five minutes fast.)

Adakah masa itu betul?(Is that time correct?)

Awak terlambat. Mereka telah pergi dari sini.(You are late. They have left from here.)

Adakah saya awal?(Am I early?)

Tidak. Mereka semua berada di sana.(No. They are all over there.)

Pukul berapakah pelawat akan tiba?(What time will the visitors arrive?)

Mereka akan tiba pada pukul sepuluh nanti.(They will arrive at ten o'clock later.)

Bilakah rumah awak akan siap?(When will your house be ready?)

Lebih kurang tiga bulan lagi.(About three more months.)

Pukul berapakah sekolah engkau bermula?(What time does your school start?)

Pukul tujuh setengah.(Seven thirty.)

Pukul berapa habis sekolah?(What time does school finish?)

Pada pukul satu setengah.(At one thirty.)
